Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged Product

We will only reimburse you if the item is deemed to be defective or damaged and you have notified us within 7 days. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to ( within 7 days upon receiving the item.

Since all orders are custom and unique, we can not provide refunds for any orders that are not deemed defective, and if the customer doesn't provide proof of the item being damaged or defective, we can not provide any refund. 

In the event you wish to return the purchased item, all costs related including the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.



In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a reimbursement within 7 days of receiving the item. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to ( the case is deemed valid, we will cover related cost to reimburse.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.
