Payment Policy:

All transactions are conducted in USD currency only. Prices seen on the page are converted from USD to your local currency for the customer's better understanding. PacknPrint now has the right to refuse payment & cancel any order under its discretion, including but not limited to any orders indicating a high-risk of fraudulence. 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship our product to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Once an order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 2-3 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 2-3 business days for your tracking information to be updated.

If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or if the tracking status is "not available" within 3-5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at

The processing time for orders is 3 business days. Once shipment is processed, estimated delivery is dependent on the shipping method you chose. 

In the event of holidays or customer requested orders, order processing & shipping times can be shortened to as little as 3-5 business days total (items permitting).

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or backend charges incurred.

We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged Product

We will only reimburse you if the item is deemed to be defective or damaged and you have notified us within 7 days. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to ( within 7 days upon receiving the item.

In the event you wish to return the purchased item, all costs related including the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.


In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a reimbursement within 7 days of receiving the item. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to ( the case is deemed valid, we will cover related cost to reimburse.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons. 

Cancellation & Modification Policy

All sales are final unless stated otherwise!

Refunds are only given in the form of store credit. If you wish to return an item, restocking fees may apply.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We ask that you please contact us no later than 7 days from receiving your package. Packages must be unused and unopened. Due to the intimate nature of our products restocking fees apply.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are only given in the form of store credit. If you wish to return an item, restocking fees apply. We do not issue refunds for items that are on backorder. Due to the viral nature of our merchandise and unforeseen spikes in traffic and product demand, it is possible some products may be out of stock at the time of your purchase. Don't worry! You will always receive your order!

Modifications on Orders

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 2 hours of purchases and before orders are fulfilled. Changes requested after 2 hours of purchase will not be allowed.
